Building a Better Baseball Experience

Mountain League Baseball is built with one goal in mind – creating the best possible baseball experience for our players in our region. We focus on competitive play, development, and inclusion, ensuring every athlete has the opportunity to grow, compete, and enjoy the game in a positive environment. Our league is designed to support players on and off the field while bringing communities together through the love of baseball.

A League Built for Players

Mountain League Baseball was created with the player experience at the center of every decision. From competitive scheduling to quality fields and organized structure, our goal is to provide an environment where athletes can focus on playing the game, improving their skills, and competing at a high level.

More Than Just Wins and Losses

We emphasize sportsmanship, accountability, and respect—values that prepare players not only for baseball, but for life beyond the field. Our coaches, volunteers, and organizers work together to ensure each season is safe, fair, and rewarding for every participant.

A Community-Focused League

Mountain League Baseball brings together players, families, and communities from across the region. By creating opportunities for competition and connection, we aim to build lasting memories and a league that players are proud to be part of year after year.

Kenny Johnson- League president

Kenny Johnson brings more than 45 years of officiating experience to Mountain League Baseball. He has umpired baseball and softball and officiated football and basketball at every level — from youth leagues to high school and college competition.

Beginning in 1980 while still in high school, Kenny has continuously served the local sports community both on and off the field. In addition to officiating, he spent nearly 20 years as president of his officials association and has assigned officials for multiple sports for over a decade.

Kenny is a strong advocate for developing young officials, emphasizing mentorship, training, and patience — values that align directly with Mountain League Baseball’s mission of growth, opportunity, and respect for the game.
